By using Grain.fm you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

What Grain.fm is

Grain.fm is a platform for independent musicians and artists to build and publish artist homepages, link-in-bio pages, and campaign pages. The service is currently in early access and provided as-is.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Acceptable use

You may use Grain.fm to publish and share your own original content. You may not use Grain.fm to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Your content

You own the content you publish on Grain.fm. By publishing it, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and deliver it as part of operating the service. We will never sell or license your content to third parties.

Early access

Grain.fm is currently in early access. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or uninterrupted service during this period. Features may change. We’ll give reasonable notice before making significant changes.

Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. We do not issue refunds for the current billing period.

If your payment fails, we’ll notify you and provide a grace period before restricting access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiet Shelf Recordings, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Grain.fm. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your published pages will be taken offline.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York State.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify you by email or by posting a notice on grain.fm before material changes take effect.
